• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 6 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

Stir boiling water into jelly powder in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ice cream with wire whisk until well blended.

Pour into 6 dessert bowls. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set.

Top each serving with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping just before serving.

Great Substitute
Substitute 2 cups frozen yogurt or sorbet for ice cream.

Variation
You can use other flavors of Jell-O Jelly Powder, such as Berry Blue, Orange, Lemon, or Lime, to create a colorful medley of cups.
