Easy Ice-Cream Pie
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker pie crust any flavor
- 1/4 gallon ice cream Any Flavor
- 1 jar any flavor ice-cream topping
1. Set ice cream out to defrost for 20-30 minutes
2. Fill pie crust with ice-cream
3. Top with topping
4. Freeze for at least an hour before serving.
Favorite combos:
- Chocolate Crust with Chocholate Chip Mint/Mocha Almond Fudge Ice Cream and Hot Fudge
- Shortbread Crust with Strawberry Ice Cream and Topping
- Regular Graham Cracker crust with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Topping
