Michele Howe is a book reviewer for Publishers Weekly, BookReporter.com, and Aspiring Retail and has published more
than 900 articles/reviews. She works as a manuscript critique editor for the Christian Communicator and writes on women’s
health issues as a columnist for the Toledo Free Press, the Monroe Journal, CatholicMom.com, SingleMom.com, ParentSuperSite.com, Mommiesmagazine.com, Radiant among others. She has also published eight books for women
including: Going It Alone: Meeting the Challenges of Being a Single Mom, Prayers for Home School Moms, Prayers for New and Expecting Moms, Prayers of Comfort and Strength, Prayers to Nourish a Woman’s Heart, Successful Single Moms, and Pilgrim Prayers for Single Mothers.
Michele is married to a public high school mathematics teacher, and they have four children ages 14 to 20 whom they homeschooled through 8th grade...and then Michele experienced a rush of freedom like never before. Finally, time to write!
She also enjoys reading, cooking, knitting, and working with women on personal/counseling issues. Michele recently returned from a once in a lifetime art history tour to Venice, where she is currently planning on returning next year...if that next book
contract comes through. She keeps busy writing her health column and reading/writing reviews non-stop.
